Job Description

- Evaluate the goals, advantages, limitations, and risks of RPA automation initiatives.
- Work closely with RPA and Technical Teams to streamline project planning and execution.
- Find solutions for production challenges and improvements.
- Record optimal procedures for continued RPA adoption.
- Consider change management implications during implementation.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Data Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with technology platforms and products.
- Ability to quickly understand processes and identify RPA solutions.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams for business process documentation.
Preferred Skills
While not mandatory, the following skills and certifications will be advantageous:
- Working knowledge of automation software such as PowerAutomate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and UiPath.
- Business Analyst Certification, preferably with UiPath and Automation Anywhere.
- Proven experience using data analysis to make business-related findings.
- Expertise in user acceptance testing, involving business users during the testing phase.
